A ticket cancellation can be requested via the self service link in the Buses Deluxe website. Ticket refunds are subject to the Refund Cancellation Schedule listed below:
* 24 Hour Prior Departure = 100% Refund
* With in 10 Hours Prior Departure = 50% Refund
* Less than 5 hours to 2 Hours Prior to Departure = 25% Refund
* 1 (one) Hour Prior to Departure To No Show = ticket holder can change the travel date not to exceed 30
days from the original travel date at no additional cost. In the event that the ticket(s) is not used by the
extended date, the ticket will be null and void. Tickets are not transferable.
Credit Card & Debit Card Purchases
Purchases completed using a bank card are subject to approvals. A complete billing address and or Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required to finalize a purchase.
Buying A Ticket For Someone Else? Not a problem.
A Service Fee of $10 will be assessed in the event that the Ticket holder’s name does not match the card holder’s name. Card holder’s full billing address is required to secure purchase.
