Buses Deluxe does not sell or share  your personal or financial information with third parties. Personal and/or financial information, however, may be shared with third parties, who are deemed necessary by Buses Deluxe for the following purposes:

• Credit card processing and      fraud prevention purposes necessary for a ticket(s) purchase
• Legal purposes or compliance      with a Government Agency, law enforcement or Subpoena, and/or required by      law

Buses Deluxe collects and uses full name, phone numbers, and e-mail for the purpose of securing and purchasing a bus ticket. 

· Full name is required to be printed or digitally displayed on boarding pass for, but not limited to, security purposes 

· Phone Numbers are required for, but not limited to, emergency communication, itinerary update, SMS reservation confirmation

· E-mails are required for delivery of an e-ticket and/or policies pertaining to travel, marketing and itinerary updates.

Full name, billing address and contact information is used solely for the purpose of processing a credit card payment off-site. Off-site is defined but not limited to the absence of a brick and mortar structure such as a bus terminal. Buses Deluxe does not store and record in any format, credit/debit card numbers including personal billing information. 

In order to offer a better website experience, Buses Deluxe may display links to other websites; and, while we make every effort to partner with reputable firms, Buses Deluxe rejects any responsibility for any content and information collected by the said links in question.
